Connecting with our intuition will not only allow us to make better business decisions, it can also help us attract more opportunities, and in turn, allow us to make more money.
Here are few simple steps to tuning into your intuition
Take Naps When You Need Them
Resting and sleeping sharpens our ability to tune in and listen to the messages that are being sent to us from the divine. If we are feeling really tired, we need to sleep on it. I mean literally, taking a nap, and then visiting our intention to make a decision can really help us make a better decision. You will be surprised that you may even receive some guidance and clarity in your dreams.
After a good nap, your mind will be much sharper and clearer to make a decision. You might even get an answer to your question via email or another avenue while you are sleeping and trusting the universe to work through your decisions.
Do Easy Meditative Activities
If you are easily able to meditate, great! If not, just doing something that relaxes your busy mind so you are not thinking about your business from a place of stuck-ness. It can really help bring in the energy of ease and provide a clear direction for what is the next right step to take. It could be a walk, being in the house puttering, or drinking tea in your favourite china. Whatever brings you back to your body and senses can give you a sense of ease which is a great way connect to our creative meditative side. Doing almost anything relaxing will allow you to receive ideas and inspiration from our intuitive side.
Paying Attention To Your Energy
Always listen to which direction your energy is flowing. Are you feeling inclined to write your newsletters, or is your energy moving towards producing videos? Plan your marketing activities around your passionate energy so that you spread your activities in a way that produce result and create a sense of ease instead of energy depletion.
